Noble Plains Announces Adoption of Semi-Annual Reporting

(TSXV: NOBL) (OTCQB: NBLXF) Noble Plains Uranium Corp. announces that it has elected to adopt the semi-annual reporting framework and is filing this news release pursuant to Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933 - Exemptions to Permit Semi-Annual Reporting for Certain Venture Issuers. The change will take effect during the third quarter of the year and as a result, the Company will not file interim financial statements, related management's discussion and analysis or related officer certifications for the nine-month period ended June 30, 2026 in reliance on this Blanket Order. Under the new reporting framework, the Company will publish financial results twice annually, covering the full fiscal year ended September 30 and the first six months ended March 31. The Company's next financial disclosure will therefore be filed for the year ended September, 2026, in accordance with the timelines prescribed under applicable securities legislation. The Company confirms that it satisfies the eligibility criteria under BC Instrument 51-933, including that it is a venture issuer listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, with a principal regulator in British Columbia, is current with all continuous disclosure filings, and is not subject to any ongoing or contemplated transactions, financing activities, reverse takeovers or developments that could reasonably be expected to affect its eligibility to rely on the relief. Goldgroup Advances San Francisco Toward Potential Production Restart

(TSXV: GORO) Goldgroup Mining Inc. provided an update on its 100%-owned San Francisco Gold Project in Sonora, Mexico, which currently hosts Measured Mineral Resources of approximately 48.3 million tonnes grading 0.37 grams per tonne gold and containing approximately 582,000 ounces of gold, and Indicated Mineral Resources of approximately 56.8 million tonnes grading 0.35 grams per tonne gold and containing approximately 645,000 ounces of gold. Combined Measured and Indicated Mineral Resources contain approximately 1.23 million ounces of gold, with an additional Inferred Mineral Resource of approximately 17.3 million tonnes grading 0.32 grams per tonne gold and containing approximately 178,000 ounces of gold, as of April 30, 2026. The project encompasses 46,932 hectares of mining concessions, including the historic San Francisco and La Chicharra open pits and several areas with potential for resource expansion. Goldgroup has commenced a diamond drilling program totaling 26,053 metres at San Francisco, with completion expected during the fourth quarter of 2026. The company has entered into a Consulting Services Agreement with Milestone Capital Partners IFZA for EUR 250,000 and with Sideways Frequency, LLC for USD $800,000 to provide digital marketing services. Goldgroup is also advancing a technical study focused on the potential restart of mining and processing operations at San Francisco.
